Artificial Window Boxes and Hanging baskets

As we near the end of September, there is already a chill in the air at night. Autumn is well and truly with us, and this is the perfect time to think about your external plant and tree displays for the colder periods. Although the nights are drawing in, the busy festive season is still months away, so now is the perfect time to get organised.

Keeping living plants and flowers looking at their best in appalling weather conditions doesn’t work as well as using an artificial version.
Unlike artificial plants, installing living plants can lead to endless and costly replacements.

Artificial Pandanus and Artificial Topiary - Entrance Displays

First impressions count, and it’s a well-known fact that a customer’s first glance at the entrance to your premises contributes to their lasting impression. After all, if you’ve taken the care to present beautiful plants or topiary in tip-top condition, you are more likely to care about the service you offer, right?

“But I love my living plants” we hear you cry. Well, it may surprise you to know that we do too. A great solution adopted by many of our clients is to display living plants through the warmer months and swap them for artificial as it gets colder.

A simple technique is to use interchangeable units (inexpensive PVC liners/pots) which can drop into your containers.

This way, vibrant living summer plant displays can be swopped over for fresh-looking artificial plant displays during the hostile winter months and then swapped back again when it suits. However, many clients find they decide to stick with the synthetic alternative once the benefits become apparent.

This idea can be applied to all our popular and most frequently used displays; entrance containers, window planters and hanging baskets.
This concept for interchanging displays can also be adapted for both interior flower arrangements and interior plants which are past their best and suffer from lack of care due to time constraints.
