Delivery & Returns

The prices shown on the website include all carriage charges for UK mainland customers unless stated otherwise. If the delivery address is outside the UK mainland, please contact us and we will email and / or call you with the delivery cost. You can then let us know if you wish to go ahead with the order.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery to mainland UK. For bespoke work please allow up to 30 days.

Please check your item(s) on arrival.

If, for any reason, you cannot check them, please write "Unexamined" on the despatch note. You will normally be asked for a signature.

If you think you may not be at home, please leave a note for the driver with your instructions (e.g. leave in porch, leave at no. 12). The driver will try to follow your instructions but at your own risk - plantART and the courier companies can take no responsibility for the goods.

If your goods arrive damaged, please refuse delivery.

You can return items to us by:  

(a) refusing delivery, in which case a collection charge of £15 will be deducted from your refund; or  

(b) using a courier service; or  

(c) using a recorded delivery mail service; or  

(d) e-mailing us to arrange collection, in which case a collection charge notified to you by e-mail  will be deducted from your refund.
