Big Brother House

Few environments punish planting like a television set: constant filming, studio lighting, no gardeners on site, and a look that has to stay identical from the first episode to the last. That's why the producers of Big Brother turned to plantART for the outdoor planting across the famous Big Brother House garden.

We supplied and installed a complete artificial landscape including tall artificial bamboo trees, fake outdoor palms and mixed artificial grasses.

Every item was UV-stable and weatherproof, chosen to keep its colour under both summer sun and studio lighting. The installation was carried out over a 48-hour period prior to shooting the series, with careful consideration given to positioning due to housemates and their use of the facilities.
