All orders  will be delivered free to mainland UK

unless clearly specified otherwise.

Please note that the warehouse will be closed from 20/12/2013 to 6/01/2014. Any orders received during that period will be delivered as specified but with an order date starting from 6 January 2014.

If the delivery address is outside the UK mainland we will email and / or call you with the delivery cost so you can let us know if you want to go ahead with the order. 

 Please allow 3 to 5 working days for  delivery for bespoke work please allow up to three weeks.

In the extremely unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will email and / or call you to let you know when we will to be able to deliver your item(s). If this new date is not possible for you, then you are completely within your rights to re-select or cancel your order. 

Please check your item(s) on arrival.

If, for any reason, you cannot to check them, please write "Damaged" on the despatch note. You will normally be asked for a signature.

If you think you may not be at home, please leave a note for the driver with your instructions (e.g. leave in porch, leave at No 12).  The driver will do this - though at your risk.

If your goods arrive damaged please refuse delivery. If you discover that goods are damaged after the driver has gone, let us know within three working days.
