All orders will be delivered free to mainland UK
unless clearly specified otherwise.
In the extremely unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will email and / or call you to let you know when we will to be able to deliver your item(s). If this new date is not possible for you, then you are completely within your rights to re-select or cancel your order.
Please check your item(s) on arrival.
If, for any reason, you cannot to check them, please write "Damaged" on the despatch note. You will normally be asked for a signature.
If you think you may not be at home, please leave a note for the driver with your instructions (e.g. leave in porch, leave at No 12). The driver will do this - though at your risk.
If your goods arrive damaged please refuse delivery. If you discover that goods are damaged after the driver has gone, let us know within three working days.
